Anyone flying a million miles with a brand deserves something special. Traditionally, Virgin Atlantic gave this elite club a statue of a crystal plane with a note from Richard Branson.

The brief to us was “Better and cheaper”. Classic.

We used data to create bespoke artwork for each of the million milers. It visualised every flight they had ever taken and pinpointed the exact moment they reached a million miles with Virgin Atlantic.

This is one of the responses we got from a Million Miler.

 

'I am writing to let you know that yesterday I received the million miles gift and it is impressively done.

The gift itself being top quality head phones is unusual and the more enjoyable for that. The opening of the package provided great fascination and suspense for my granddaughters! There is an accompanying graphic of all flights flown and I had not realised the million miles had been clocked up flying into Heathrow on my most recent return from Hong Kong.

In addition there is a letter from Sir Richard Branson and, as I do not have his email, I should be grateful if you would forward him a copy of this email to let him know my appreciation of the gift, letter, graphic and packaging. Thank you for your assistance with that.
